The 2nd Meeting of the ASEAN Coordinating Council Working Group was held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on 11 September 2012. The Meeting was chaired by H.E. Dr. SOEUNG Rathchavy, Secretary of State and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The Meeting was attended by ASEAN SOM, SEOM and SOCA Leaders or their Representatives from all ASEAN Member States, and Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN and their Delegations.
The Meeting discussed all relevant aspects related to the application by the Timor-Leste and possible implications on ASEAN.
The Meeting considered and adopted the Report of 1st Meeting of ACCWG held in Jakarta on 21-22 June 2012.
The Meeting agreed to convene the Third Meeting of the ASEAN Coordinating Council Working Group in Singapore in early 2013.
