Phnom Penh Capital Hall would like to inform the public that at 8:30 A.M on 9th August 2012, the Kingdom’s Samdech Akka Moha Sen Padei Techo Hun Sen will honorably clarify live on TV and Radio Station to the national assembly concerning border issues.
For the public to better understand the process of territorial integrity protection, of the Royal Government under the leadership of the Kingdom’s Premier Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, which is the national issue and in order to avoid any confuse through media which give wrong information without appropriate legal ground by the insane, Phnom Penh Capital Hall would request as following:
-All District and Commune Offices to inform all factories, enterprises, companies, shops and restaurants to tune on television of this live coverage to employees, staffs, employers and customers,
-To prepare televisions at temples, parking stations and other public places for venerable monks and the public to watch;
-Phnom Penh Capital Hall Administration, Headquarter of Municipal Police and Armed Forces, all 9 District Offices, District Police Inspection Offices, District based Armed Forces, Commune Police Post Administration, all departments and units under Phnom Penh Capital Hall must arrange for staffs to watch this live coverage.
All District, Commune Offices and relevant authorities must carried out effectively up on receiving this announcement.
